Beef Jerky Viii Recipe
Ingredients:
3 pounds Lean Beef sliced 1/4 thick
4 ounces Liquid Smoke
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon Onion Powder
1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
2 tablespoons Salt
2 cups Water
6 drops Hot Hot Sauce
Coarse Black Pepper To Taste
Directions:
Mix the above ingredients except for the black pepper. Place slices of beef into marinade and let sit in the refrigerator for at least six hours. Remove beef from marinade and dry with paper towels. Pound black pepper on one side of each slice. Dry on a dehydrator or oven set to 180 with door slightly open until moisture is removed..
